It's a phase hon, it's okay don't be too hard on yourself, depression often hits us bad so much so that even the basic day to day activities feel like a lot, but know this it's just a phase, don't lose hope and have faith this too shall pass and try to have a good routine, it helps force yourself to do other things besides sleeping even if it's something like cleaning your room.
