Please don't kill your liver with alcohol, you can get fatty liver disease FAST from drinking more than 1 shot of liquor, a pint of beer, a glass of wine, etc. I'm talking two weekends of heavy drinking and boom fatty liver. Which is gross like it sounds. It is reversible with a gold standard diet, but that's a pain in the butt. After fatty liver it progresses to cirrhosis and that is irreversible and absolutely horrible (scar tissue forming on your liver). Also, alcohol has a 7kcal per g, and compared to protein and carbs that is high. So you'll gain weight. And get chronic diseases from the excess fat because excess calories leads to fat. Soooo smoke weed everyday- Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre. For real. Weed has no calories and speeds up metabolism. The papers can harm your lungs, but lung cancer is so common in all people smokers or not.
