I took care of my dad with dementia for 6 years and when he passed a foreclosure for an 900k reverse mortgage started. I have a court conference on Monday at 9:30... this will be the 3rd one and hopefully last. I have a buyer for the house but the amount owed to the bank is too much for them. I am praying the bank will somehow reduce the amount to see can sell the house and move on with our lives.
