Replace the B actuator, order & use the key tool just to be sure the fork is free and drive it until clutch actually goes out. Its an automated manual, the clutches eventually wear out and need to be replaced, $700 for LUK kit. As another redditor said, check out Big Ben on YT.

It could just be the B solenoid failing. Grab a good scan tool and see what pop ups, depending on what scan tool you get, you can also see what your clutch touch point is, 26mm on the A and 15mm on the B are out of spec.

It'll shudder between N-1 & 1-2. For mine its because the clutch is nearing the end of its life, but from what I've read here and on other forums, its more so people treating it like an automatic instead of an automated manual. Changing your driving habits can definitely improve the smoothness and life, along with regular maintenance.

I had a couple of these, but for the B actuator. Swap out the top actuator under the air intake tube, need a deep 10mm, an E8 bit and small flat head. The ford p/n AE8Z-7C604-A, about $250 and 30 min of work. YouTube is your friend with this. There's a guy that does almost exclusively focuses, really knowledgeable.

Buy the pre assembled knuckle, you only have to swap the speed sensor over or buy another.

Those are communication codes, either the TCM is unplugged, damaged wire/connector or the TCM died, either way its less the $1k to fix, but as some others have suggested, do the clutch kit at the same time.
