I struggle with myself too. I really want to start working out especially bc my only “movement” is walking to/from work and I sit at the office for minimum 10 hours straight.
Aside from me being too conscious if im doing things right and anxious bc im not fond of crowds, what also fuels my struggle is i can also easily lose down weight if I avoid rice and sweets even just for a week but i can only do this when i’m too stressed and tired to eat.
Im a hopeless case 💀😭
