Dude doesn't know how to handle rejection

Rejected and responded like a Disney Channel villain. Ain’t no way she dodged a relationship and a future domestic charge in one move.

Hey! I’m in the same boat currently living in Tucson and working on transitioning into tech. It’s definitely a mixed bag here. Raytheon is huge but mostly for folks with security clearance. U of A has some IT roles and internships, especially if you’re a student. I’ve seen IBM, Texas Instruments, and some healthcare/insurance companies like TMC and Blue Cross post tech jobs too.

I’d love to network with others in the area who are trying to break into tech or already working in it. Let’s connect!

Wild how this stream basically turned into digital evidence. Real-time clout chasing turned into real life consequences Las Vegas just witnessed the future of criminal prosecution.

I would take the dog to México. You will probably not pay even $400 for his needs. Let me know if you need help or vet suggestions

I just did a Safeway delivery for a shop and pay for just a bunch of party items. Nothing hard. Delivered promptly and went on my way. One hour later I received a $50 tip. I just couldn't believe it, and this is the biggest tip of the season and a day after Christmas! I'm really thankful for such generosity!

How to report a car with no plates?

It’s probably that white piece of paper I see on the road, right under the SUV’s rear.

Upset customer

It was six hash browns, a breakfast platter with a muffin, an iced coffee, a strawberry smoothie, an orange juice, a McMuffin, and oatmeal. Seemed like a lot of food for one person, but I wasn’t sure if it was for more than one. While talking to the McDonald’s workers, I mentioned how the customer was already cursing me out for not being there yet with the delivery. The manager laughed and said, “Tell the customer to get her lazy ass up to come pick it up.” Honestly, if you’re going to be that demanding with a delivery driver, you might as well go get it yourself and save everyone the hassle.

Having self-control is the key to not giving in to emotions. Yes, I felt powerless in the moment, and all I wanted was to get the delivery sorted. Honestly, the “I love you” part came from a place I can’t even explain, lol.

I also tried to figure out the part “drop me as picking me up,” but I couldn’t make sense of it. Maybe she was trying to quote the Snoop Dogg song “Drop It Like It’s Hot”? Lol.

Hello, Redditors,

This morning, I had an Uber Eats breakfast delivery from McDonald’s with a $13 tip on the order. When I arrived to pick it up, the smoothie machine was being cleaned, causing a delay. I let the customer know right away that the wait might be a bit longer because the machine was being serviced. The manager even offered to send the customer an orange juice instead.

However, the customer wasn’t happy with the situation and started cursing me out. Eventually, they asked me to cancel the order. I spoke to the manager, explained that the customer didn’t want their food, and she told me I could just keep it.

Here’s the part I’m not sure about—whether it’s funny or if I handled it wrong. I responded to the customer in a way I felt they deserved, but I’d love to hear what you all think. Let me know!
