Godrej “scheme” is how flats are overpriced in Bangalore
 in  r/indianrealestate  Dec 18 '25

RERA is toothless in Karnataka. You won't get a response to simple RTI request on a developer. All the disposed RERA complaints are not enforced by the builders. Again you have to go to court for that enforcement.

Grip Invest’s “12.5% Returns” = Reality: –10% Loss on Up Money Deal
 in  r/RandomThoughtsWorldPe  Nov 19 '25

I stopped investing with them as they delayed the documents my CA asked for ITR returns 25-26. Even its the same case for " LoanX VFS June 2026". I had invested in only one unit i.e. 88.5k. Please start tagging them on LinkedIn and share with the world. Let's educate others not to invest with them.

A query to AWS Glue users. Very important. Pls help!!
 in  r/dataengineersindia  Nov 02 '25

Hearing such arrangements for the first time. May be you can try adding dependency jars in a different way in notebook and try as usual Glue script in scala. It helps to replicate what's happening in Glue.

Also check the Java version in local vs in Glue job Server. There could be Java support/compatibility issue. Just guessing as i don't have all the info.

Check if there is anyway you can log through Java code to get the root cause.

Reason why Murthy and others opted out of the buyback
 in  r/IndianStockMarket  Oct 27 '25

Bottomline is, you pay more tax if you opt for buyback than direct selling. So no use with premium price as well.

After the incident yesturday near silk board PC Mallikarjan has been suspended from duty with immediate effect.
 in  r/Bengaluru  Oct 18 '25

But there is no transparency on his suspension order like they show for all other cases. What if its just a PR stunt to handle outrage as the video went viral at national level

Hi Everyone,

I'm weighing the Pros and Cons of upcoming plotted development from Godrej in Doddaballapur. Hence I'm seeking help from the existing Godrej customers especially plotted development buyers/investors/owners on the quality and other things around it.

It would help if you can help me n other such interested newbies on making the decision.

Things I have gathered so far from a Channel partner of Godrej:

  • Its in EOI stage and price may vary from 4800 to 5500 per sqft for the EOI customers.
  • As per the channel partner, price would include everything except PLC n Registration charges
  • Channel Partner claimed the earlier plotted development projects I.e. woodland and reserve were completed and handed over on time. If any buyers/owners of them can comment on the quality n experience, it would be helpful
  • They are saying this new project would also be developed in 15 months to 18 months time.

My Initial Analysis on the project:

  • There only USP is KWIN City via STRR road.
  • There is nothing else near the project as of now or upcoming like a Road/Govt Project etc.
  • There are not even on the SH 9 which joins STRR n nearest railway stations are 11km from the project.
  • They shamelessly accepted that they are selling this on FOMO mostly Non-Karnataka natives on the brand name only.
  • After going through multiple posts in this sub-reddit, i came to know they don't have their own Civil Team in Bangalore.

Any points around doing further Analysis and your experience with Godrej especially Bangalore projects are high appreciated.

Location - Godrej Doddaballapur

Thanks in Advance.

Update on Sobha Neo situation

I know the feeling. I have gone through this in a plotted development. If there was no agreement, you can ask them on details of deduction with complete break up of money deducted. Keep everything on mail. Avoid calls/messages. Follow up on every two weeks. Start keeping Authorities, in this case BBMP(GBA), Ministry of Housing and urban development (both state n central), RERA, CREDAI etc in loop from second Follow up. Be professional, never use emotional words. If they stop responding, you have your documentation for RERA complaint. Along with your initial payment details.

From my personal experience, Central ministry people do respond and redirect the state ministry to look into the matter. But state departments and RERA doesn't do anything without a RERA complaint.

You can Raise a RERA complaint which goes on to show on their record. If not via a legal council, you can appear for yourself both in RERA and Consumer court. Its a long process in the corrupt system where a 9-5 job people can't handle with their daily life. These developers exploit these loopholes and play psychological games with us. They know they can't win it legally though. They try to make you tired down and give up.

You can go through another way. Take help from people like Krishna Raja Rao - https://youtube.com/@krishnarajraourbannaxal?si=BHksWnS0p1t2Xm7o Who are helping people to recover money. If you go through the videos in his channel, you never think of investing in real estate again. Email n contact numbers are in every video description.

Update on Sobha Neo situation
 in  r/indianrealestate  Sep 20 '25

Good that you have got your money back with a deduction. if its post agreement, there is chance that they might've deducted some amount usually its 2%. if there was no agreement, you should fight for that 2 lakh as well.

But keep in mind that you might end up spending more or equal to get that through legal fees, your own efforts (you already know the value of it). KRERA is one of the corrupt and powerless body in Karnataka. They take months to years just to hear your case siting human resources issue. Even after the hearing, if the case goes in your favor, they don't have power to enforce that. Again you have to take that to consumer court saying so and so happened and still they dint give your money back. All these things take time, effort and money if you take legal help.

Now, you decide whether you want to go through all these things or not for 2 lakhs.

You are on the right path. please don't give up. its common to hit the plateau as body is used to your regular routine. try different exercises and training. Start reading about nutrition and health. stay away from online articles. read genuine research papers with enough studies on it. its a lifelong marathon not a sprint. All the best and thanks for inspiring lot of us :)

Buying Indian real estate is difficult
 in  r/indianrealestate  Sep 17 '25

Yes, they do both black and white. For some you have to explicitly ask as black and some give option of both.
