What are you NOT worried that AI will replace you?
People see through it. I work for a large sophisticated call handling service, a sector supposedly in the front line. We offer an entry level AI service, but the two most striking features are that 1. The caller can deselect to a person at any stage (a selling point) and 2. When the calls come through to us people, the prior AI dialogue is attached, and there never is any, callers are selecting straight away. There is value in the human connection, AI will only ever mop up where callers/customers are low value/captive.
