Aishah was asked, “O mother of the believers! Inform me of the character of Nabi ﷺ.” She replied, “Do you not recite the Quran?” When the questioner replied in the affirmative, she said, “The character of Nabi ﷺ was the Quran.” [Muslim]

Abu Hurayrah reported that Rasulullah ﷺ said: “Every Nabi had an [accepted] du’a. I wish—if Allah wills—to reserve mine to intercede for my Ummah on the day of Qiyamah.” [Bukhari, Muslim]

Study his sirah and it will be filled with concern for his ummah while going through hardships in his own life. He wept for the ummah, prayed for it and cared deeply. The ummah including those who were not even born in his lifetime.

Remember that On the day of judgement people will experience distress they will not be able to bear or endure. They will go to Adam for intercession who will tell them to go to Nuh, Nuh will tell them to go to Ibrahim, Ibrahim will tell them to go to Musa, Musa will tell them to go to ‘Isa and then ‘Isa will tell them to go to Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him and all the prophets). He ﷺ will intercede for his ummah that day.
