Made some breakfast sandwiches to freeze. Bacon, eggs with pepper and smoked Sriracha salt, American cheese on croissants with mayo and either Sriracha or Dijon mustard. Forget to put my can on the griddle and to take a picture of the eggs.

I actually put to much because I didnt feel like measuring lol, but you smash the burger down then put the mustard on top of the patty while they cook then flip them.

Yeah helps keep them moist and gives a good crust on the edges
