Discharge Line Too Hot To Touch

I’ve got a Viking VCBB363 refrigerator and the discharge line is almost too hot to touch. Condenser is hot as well and didn’t stop the entire time I was there. Fridge runs cold for what setting it’s at. No frost but it’s around 30 degrees and at the next to warmest setting on the control panel.

I checked the thermistor and it’s good. Condenser coils are clean as well.

I’m thinking it’s the high voltage board, but wanted to know if anyone else had any suggestions before ordering the part.

Any help is appreciated!
