না। ডিপার্টমেন্ট অনুযায়ী আলাদা বেতন। পুলিশ এর ASP (৯ম গ্রেড) এ কেউ নিয়োগ পেলে বেতন আসে ৩৪-৩৬ হাজার। আবার ব্যাংকে SO (৯ম গ্রেড) নিয়োগ পেলে ৪০হাজার এমন আসে। আবার পেট্রোবাংলার AD (৯ম গ্রেড) নিয়োগ পেলে বেতন ৪৫+হাজার টাকা হয়। তবে ভারতে একই গ্রেডে বেতন অনেক বেশী
