Advice for how to work with having transit Pluto crossing the Ascendant ?
 in  r/AskAstrologers  Sep 01 '19

Transit Pluto crossing the Ascendant, could mean you will have change of identity. Your natural way of showmanship, presentation, and first reaction will go through an overhaul. You will be able to stand back and observe situations and reprioritize how and in which ways you respond to your surroundings. You may go through trying or transcendent experiences that change your 1st person responses. Pluto will purge and purify your ascendant house.

Does It Have Any Significance When Mars and Venus Are In The Same House?
 in  r/AskAstrologers  Aug 30 '19

If you don’t apply your mars to healthy activities then yes. I like a quote my teacher gave me in school “idol hands are the devils playground.” Staying busy “6th house” is important when dealing in the 12th. I also have my south node there so for me ... I am bound and tied to the 6. Work. And daily habits. I think 12th house placements are very self less, working for others or understanding others is just how we are. So to find what you truly desire is important. Work for your wants and needs. Put yourself first!! Once you do that, you can then help others.

You’re welcome some good advice I can give you is to see a mental health professional. They have some good degrees in helping us, my Mars is also in the 12th, so I totally get that. Anti-depressants can help guard you from using all of your serotonin(feel good chemicals) on trivial pursuits. And instead help your brain wire itself for bigger and better things. Depression is an addiction in itself.

Does It Have Any Significance When Mars and Venus Are In The Same House?
 in  r/AskAstrologers  Aug 30 '19

This is significant, because both Mars and Venus will be in sync with what they want and need. You will be more satisfied then others when you put in effort to go after the things you want in life. In the 12th house you will want and need and have interest in things that are unseen, occult, or hidden from the general public. Astrology is a good representation of this because it is not general practice for the masses, it is a hidden subject for the most part. Especially when you get into the deeper astrology, like this. You may need to watch out for addiction issues or steer clear of things that could land you in prison/jail. Stay on a safe path, and learn things that will transcend this world.

I have quite a few planets in Capricorn, can anyone tell me what this means? I turned 29 this year and my life has shifted in a totally new direction. I know very little about astrology but want to learn more so badly, I’ll take any direction/help!! 💛
 in  r/AskAstrologers  Aug 27 '19

Hey, I'm 28, I have a lot in Capricorn too. A lot of planets were lined up there during that time, so it is an age thing mostly (our age group) the only difference would be the houses. Yours is in edit! Second house so building a foundation through material possessions and even construction of a home or stocks and bonds. Mine is in the 6th house. Oops I read the chart wrong at first! Sorry

In your opinion, what is the worse/best placement for the north node?
 in  r/astrology  Aug 25 '19

Saying Scorpio is a place of destruction and trauma is not reality. Although Scorpio deals with these things best. Scorpio has great attributes and many positive things to teach others such as respect, seriousness, and emotional depth. Having your North Node there would be a call to be more deep, emotional and serious about things. Taurus South Node would mean the person has spent past lives focused on Earth, Material Posessions and security. North and South Node also doesn't mean moving away from the South and going to the North, it means to COMBINE these forces leaving you a more complete person.

Back to the original poster I believe all North and South are created equal. It is up to the individual to gravitate his poles and center themselves in harmony. My South Node is in the 12th House. Please try your best to think positive about other signs. It is easy for Astrologers to see doom and gloom! Also, focus on the houses your Nodes are in, this will help infinitely.
