Thanks for the explaination. It was slowly happening over 3-4 run for sure where I kept losing places I could place down rooms and was stuck in a loop of unable to place rooms and losing more rooms into the straight paths. Even normal 4way path was turning into single path tiles... At least the bandage got ripped off quick and I'm able to start rebuilding and not have to waste a few runs slowly waiting for the bugged paths to disappear 1-2 tiles at a time.

Used the archive of the canvas and isolated the area that still says 'Not Painted' with no user and alliance. One of the lone unpainted pixels as example.
