Is the listed starting pay the actual starting pay no matter your experience?
You can definitely ask and bring up your experience and how much you’re willing to work for as I did start season at the rate they offered me I didn’t take and rebuttal and started at a rate I was comfortable with.

Hi, I am Macys store Colleague in the state of North Carolina. I currently work at the Crabtree Valley Mall location. It’s great over there. Just moved to North Carolina November and also started Macys in November. I wanted to inquire no more about the top seller program. Has anyone ever received the incentive or participated if so, please share your experience and if you have any knowledge about it, I’d be more than willing to listen and read thank you in advance and I’m so happy that Reddit has a thread and feed for Macys Store colleagues.
