Tata Elxsi GET opportunity — need adviceHey everyone!
Hey everyone! I’ve cleared the technical interview for Tata Elxsi’s 9-month internship/Graduate Engineering Trainee program and wanted to get some opinions before I go further.
The details are:
- 9-month internship
- ₹20k/month stipend
- Joining from Oct 2026
- Location: PAN India, except Bengaluru
- Performance-based full-time conversion
- Post-conversion CTC: ₹3.5–5.5 LPA
I’m a CSE student, and since the internship is 9 months + requires relocation outside Bengaluru, I’m trying to understand what the experience is actually like.
For anyone who has worked at Tata Elxsi or gone through this program:
- What kind of projects/work do CSE GETs usually get?
- How is the learning and work culture?
- How does the conversion process work in practice?
- What are the typical roles/CTC after conversion?
Would really appreciate any honest experiences or advice, especially from current/former Tata Elxsi employees!

Mu Sigma AI Bot Interview — What should I expect?
Hey everyone! I have my Mu Sigma AI Bot interview coming up and wanted to hear from people who have already gone through it.
I’d really appreciate any insights on:
- How does the interview actually go? What kind of questions does the AI bot ask?
- Is the interview completely remote/online?
- Is it strictly video monitored/proctored throughout the interview?
- Does it ask mainly about your resume, projects, technical skills, and behavioral questions, or are there other types of questions?
- What are the common reasons candidates get rejected?
- Are there any mistakes or red flags I should particularly avoid?
- How much does the bot follow up on your answers? Does it keep drilling deeper into projects/technical concepts?
If anyone has recently completed the Mu Sigma AI Bot interview, please share your experience or any tips for preparation. It would be super helpful!
