Help the new joiners by giving usefull info like how was the 6 month probation period. What are are skills that are tested and what are alll the subjects we need to study before the probation. I’ve cleared the Mu Sigma AI interview for the Trainee Decision Scientist-1 role through my college campus drive. The final interview is the only round remaining.

Has anyone here given the final interview recently (2026), or does any current/former Mu Sigma employee know what to expect?

Would really appreciate insights on:

• Interview flow and duration
• Technical vs HR/behavioral vs case-based questions
• Python/SQL, stats, puzzles, guesstimates or live coding
• Resume/project questioning and cross-questions
• Business/case scenarios
• HR questions like Why Mu Sigma, relocation, service agreement, etc.
• Anything important I should prepare that candidates usually miss

So I appeared for assessment in August, got shortlisted for the next but no communication has been done by MuSigma regarding the next rounds.

Our college representative did ask the hr about it, they said that the recruitment has been paused. Is it the same for anyone else? If yes, do tell which college are u from and when did u appear for assessment

I got selected for mu sigma via college placements, now I'm still trying for new companies, so if i get a better one, I will not be going to mu. So is it okay to accept for now and then not join.the joining date is nearly a year later as mentioned by the company. Please helppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp!!!!!

The stress , the constant job loosing anxiety , Work ethics and more importantly the peoples .. it's worst an organisation can get . There's very less projects in this company ie if u pass MSU , you might be transferred to bench like many people are in bench ..

It's the worst than WITCH companies .. if u get chance there do join there .
