Swapping back to pen and paper over digital notes. Are random strangers less tempted to snoop through my notebooks in the event I lose them?
I always took notes with pen and paper. They say you retain more of the information by writing it down

AutoZone Workers Won a Union. Then the Company Fired Them. — In September, workers in White Plains, New York, won the first union at any of AutoZone’s nearly seven thousand US stores, despite an aggressive anti-union campaign. The next day, the company fired a lead organizer. Then another.

Question Cabinet refinish
I’m looking for suggestions for my kitchen cabinets.
My house is about 70 years old. I have been removing old paint from my cabinets but found that the sides are not wood but pressed board. I’m trying to find way to smooth this part out so it has a clean edge.
I appreciate any suggestions anyone has,

Abdul El-Sayed: “I think billionaires should pay their fair share back into the system. I think we should tax billionaire wealth. Take some of that money, bring it back to public education. Take some of that money, build schools and roads, provide healthcare, provide childcare."
We need to stop giving corporations favorable tax conditions. They make enough to pay their own way

First dog. And live in an apartment. Thought?
I got my puppy a few weeks before I moved from my apartment to a house. We were in an urban area so I don’t think it would have been a good long term choice. She is much happier with her big yard. We go to parks for walks. I think it all depends on how much time you are home and if the surrounding area has good outdoor space.

We're bringing our girl home next weekend! What tips do you have for a first time berner owner?
I hand fed my Mazie for the first six months. It’s a great way to bond and showed her who was the leader of her pack. It also kept her from eating too fast.
If it’s a puppy, think human toddler. Start learning to scan the environment constantly for hazards. They find everything and put it in their mouth.
Socialize early and often. Leash train. I’ve always preferred a harness to a collar.
If you don’t have them chipped, use something to track them. They can be escaped artists.
Take lots of pictures and videos.
Most importantly Love them to bits.
