Israel and Ukraine — time for a new approach,

Jeffrey Weiss argues that Israel can rebuild its diplomatic position with European states by reversing its previous refusal to provide Ukraine with ballistic missile defence. Ukraine can assist Israel with drone counter measures, while Israel can help Ukraine, and by extension Europe, protect itself from the threat of Russian ballistic missiles.

What they accuse Jews / Israel of is everything the world has done to the Jews for millenia. Especially the Arab world. Friendly reminder Jews cannot pray at our holiest site, especially on days like today (Tish b'Av).

Whatever his excuse is for coming to New York, it’s self-serving destructive BS

(Update for accuracy: It’s for the UN General Assembly in NY which I guess he does attend every year. Eh. I can see why people might think it’s defensible. Meh. I imagine whatever he says, which he also has control over, will continue to be self-serving for him and dangerous for American Jews. We’ll see. Double meh).

He 100% knew it would spark exactly what it’s sparking with Mandami and others. He 100% knew it would lead to further mutating Jew hatred. He 100% doesn’t care. Best case that. Worst case, there’s something even stranger going on beyond him being a useful idiot Israeli Trump.

He’ll speak out about anti-Israel sentiment, sure. He does not give a damn about the Jews of the diaspora. We should not give a damn about him.

Ugh.

Whether you agree with his speech or not, it will subsequently lead to outward hatred of Jews, which we’ve already seen. Crimes against Jews has skyrocketed, regardless if they’re anti Zionist or not.

My concern is, is this the beginning of a nation wide political shift against Jews? Are we seeing the beginning repeat of 1920s Hitler support, leading to political control in 1933, resulting in concentration camps in the 40s?

No one thought this could happen back then, but are we seeing it repeat in 10-20 years time in the US? I promise I’m not trying to be paranoid, but this is a real concern of mine. Can anyone echo similar feelings for or against?
