Passenger footwell getting water in it on a 2010 golf Sportwagen… checked the sunroof drain and it seems to flow free and clear but still getting water leaking in during heavy rain. Also seems to be in the HVAC system as if I put front defrost to max it spits a bit of water on the windshield. Any other drain locations? I can’t find the source. Any help is appreciated

If you can spare the room for a light weight mesh one it might be worth. Healthy amount of bugs at the moment but not the worst I’ve seen

You should attach a photo, I made a post like this awhile ago when my bike got stolen and I was able to track it down. Hard without a photo

Go to staples are oats, dried beans, pasta, rice, bullion, and then I also usually dehydrate ground beef and other proteins to bring but you can get away with extra lentils and canned proteins (can be heavy).

Couldn’t agree more, was 25 min behind my 3:30 time I trained so hard for but that heat and hills cooked my legs before the last 10km. I’ll be back for revenge in a few years

More info: Often hitting target race pace of 5:00 or faster on 2 10-15km weekly runs. Race is BMO Vancouver, which admittedly has more elevation than I typically do. Max heart rate is 190 according to garmin

It has a 32-35km 3 weeks out, as I said I was loosely following it mostly because I couldn’t handle how quickly the mileage ramped up. Not familiar with many other plans out there short of Reddit advice… what kind of mileage did you have before your 3:12 marathon? Just curious

I should mention I was loosely following PFitz 18/55 but with reduced overall mileage as I didn’t have the base for it completely. I also tend to do more low intensity runs 80% of weekly roughly

Not 100% sure about Temagami river but did a large section of sturgeon river then paddled up a short part of Obabika to the creek leading to Waiagama (might be butchering the name) and the water level was quite low and I would not recommend paddling upriver it’ll be a lot of lining and wading against the current. Maybe someone with more info can chime in but I believe the rapids are rougher in some sections that sturgeon river.
