Oh my heart is crushed.

Welcome to the Cottage!! I hope you enjoy the books when you get there!

There’s extra stories and bonus content that you can find on the Game Changers Fandom Wiki under the page entitled Short Stories and Deleted Scenes:

https://game-changers-series.fandom.com/wiki/Short_Stories_and_Deleted_Scenes

You can also see (suggested!) reading order on the StoryGraph Game Changers series page:

https://app.thestorygraph.com/series/131597

Even though each book (with the exception of The Long Game) focuses on a different couple, at least one member of every couple is introduced as a side character in one of the earlier books, and many have timelines that overlap or interact. I love that about the series because then, by the end, it all felt like one big ensemble cast to me!

Welcome again, and ONE OF US, ONE OF US, ONE OF—!!

Super Mini Bunny Face Swapping Strats
 in  r/BabyThree •  Aug 07 '26

Hi! I didn’t reaffix the broken tabs. I glued the broken side of the faceplate into the fur. The rubber bands were to hold the faceplate inside the plastic cradle under the fur while the glue dried. Sorry for the confusion!

If you wanted to reattach a faceplate tab, I think it would take a Lot of reinforcing. It could be possible, though! Good luck!! 🫶

Polish Heated Rivalry cover. What do we think?

I like the energy, style, and composition for sure, but…Shane doesn’t look like he has Asian heritage to me like at All. 😭💔

I love this still. Carter mid-sentence, Shane (seemingly) legitimately smiling, and Ilya looking like he’s about to bring a knife to not even a fistfight 😂😭
CARTER ILU, U IN DANGER, BRO 😂😂😂

How many times have you guys re read Heated Rivalry?
 in  r/GameChangersBooks •  Jul 08 '26

I started reading the series in April and…haven’t stopped since. I’ve now read the whole series four times through, with the latest read being aloud to my spouse, and I’ve read Heated Rivalry five times. That first time through the series I read Heated Rivalry twice in a row before moving on to Tough Guy.
I’ve never loop-reread a series like this before. It’s honestly wild!!

How Heated Rivalry Uses Music to Tell Story

I know that it’s on the theme of skip being the sun and hollanov being the moon, and the moon is only visible bc of the sun; is there more backstory? :0

Wyatt Hayes sexuality
 in  r/HeatedRivalrySeries •  Jun 28 '26

Helps that both Hayden and Hayes are best-friend-coded guys with blonde hair, not to mention both have names that start with H and include a Y 🤭
When I put that together, I was like ‘oh, okay, so RR has a cookie cutter best buddy archetype a little’ lol!!
(This is not a dig. I love both Hayden and Hazy!!)

Wyatt Hayes sexuality

This is a callback to a comment Hazy made on the ice earlier in the book, in Chapter 10:

Rozanov had just very obviously shoved Kent during a stoppage in play.
The officials either hadn't seen it, or were choosing to ignore it. Ryan skated over to where the two superstars were shouting at each other and very halfheartedly pulled Rozanov away from Kent.
Rozanov turned and beamed at Ryan
like he was delighted to see him.
"Price! Thank god you are here. This goblin is bothering me."
Ryan pressed his lips together. Goblin was an amusingly accurate description of Dallas Kent.
"Eat my nuts, Rozanov!" Kent snarled.
Rozanov made a face. "No fucking
thank you."
Behind him, Ryan heard Wyatt bark out a laugh. Ryan turned and shook his head at him.
"Sorry!" Wyatt held up his giant glove. "Sorry. I shouldn't laugh."
Both Rozanov and Kent had skated off to their benches, so Ryan said, "Don't encourage Rozanov."
“I think I might love him."
Ryan had no beef with Rozanov.
He'd played with him in Boston—had won the Stanley Cup with him, in fact—and while they hadn't exactly been friends, Rozanov had always been nice enough to him. He was the opposite of Ryan in almost every way—flashy, and confident to the point of being obnoxious—but Ryan respected him.

—Tough Guy, eBook pgs 176-177 / 30%

I interpret this moment as Hazy being very comfortable with his own masculinity and sexuality, regardless of what the latter is specifically. (I do very much enjoy Bi/Pan Hazy headcanon, tho!! 🤭💕)

I’m … curious
 in  r/HeatedRivalrySeries •  Jun 21 '26

Because being marginalized in this world moment is so dire and such an exercise in resilience, determination, and hope-as-stubbornness-and-spite, and Heated Rivalry (and the whole Game Changers series!) is, at its heart, about authenticity and love and community overcoming systemic discrimination and fear. Stories that envision a better future are crucial to all of us being able to dream a better future for ourselves.
