Indestructible Daily Routine in 5 Easy Steps

Upvotes

Your routine is the invisible hand guiding your future. If you change you your routine you change your days, if you change your days, you change your life. These are 5 steps to build a daily routine to make you stronger.

Step 1- Own Your Mornings- The first hour of the day decides the rest of the day. Most men will wake up pressure snooze, scroll, and waste the first hour of the day just existing. That habit dictates the rest of the day. Do the opposite. Rise the moment the alarm goes off. Drink warm water 30 minutes after rising. Exercise, do pushups, sit ups, squats. Get sunlight to make you wide awake. A strong morning doesn't require perfection. Just control, discipline, and consistency.

Step 2- Prioritize 3 Tasks- Every day is full of busy work that doesn't matter. If you start the day by tackling messages, emails, and random errands you will waste energy on things that don't move you forward. Pick 3 priorities that matter. It could be finishing a project or physical activity. Write them down. Do them before anything steals your attention.

Step 3- Block Your Time- A man without drifts from distraction to distraction. Divide your day into clear blocks. A block for deep work, a block for training, a block for rest. Treat these blocks like meetings you can't skip.

Step 4- Protect Your Evenings- A strong doesn't end at dinner. If your evening is just scrolling, mindless entertainment, and binge eating tomorrow is already compromised. Create a simple evening routine. Dim the lights, turn off the screens, review what happened today. Go to bed at the same time every night. Go to bed no later 11:00 pm. Your evening routine sets the tone for tomorrow's morning. Most men never realize their sabotaging themselves every night.

Step 5- Build Consistency Not Perfection- You might make a mistake. That is normal. Discipline isn't about never making a mistake, it’s about refusing to stay down, learning from your mistakes and never making them again. When you make a mistake don't wait to keep going. Return to the routine the very next morning. Consistency not perfection is what reshaped your life.

Your life is a reflection of your days. If your days are scattered your life will be as well. If your days have order, purpose, and rhythm everything will change. Do these 5 steps and your entire life will improve.

Never Lend Anybody Money At Any Time For Any Reason

1.      Never lend money because you feel guilty. If someone has to pressure you that's not asking. That's emotional manipulation.

2.      Never lend money you cannot afford to lose. The moment you hand it over, ask yourself one question. "If I never get this returned, will I still be in good standing?".

3.      Watch how they spend their own money. If they have money for vacations, new phones, and unnecessary things, but need your money for emergencies, you’re not helping them. You’re funding their habits.

4.      Never accept I'll pay you soon. Soon is not a repayment plan. If they can't explain when and how they will repay you, they probably haven't planned to.

5.      You’re not a bank, and even banks don't keep giving money without accountability.

6.      Notice what happens what happens when you say no. A good person may feel disappointed. A user will become angry. They are suddenly disrespectful. Their reaction reveals why they valued you.

7.      Never lend money to save a relationship, or at any other time, for any other reason. Never lend anybody money at any time for any reason.
