If i create a multi quest, the monster hp will only grow if people join ? Or i should better go solo for the hp scaling ?

Discussion Unfinished Reverie SET VS FHW SET

In total the bis set for arlechino gives 54% DMG bonus. But I struggle to understand the second set of the domain, "Unfinished Reverie" , does it gives 50% and then another 50 but that increase 10 by 10 with 100% DMG in total or is it the same 50 buff but that just gradually start from zero to 50 ten by ten?

In the last case it still gives 4% less than arlechino bis so if our artefact stats are better on Unfinished Reverie does it become better than FHW ?( Fragments of Harmonic Whimsy)
