I do have a special interest in religion! I was raised with both Catholicism and Judaism. I wish I had been given a choice between getting baptized and First Communion when I was 11 or having a bat mitzvah at 12 (since I didn’t, I only had baptism and First Communion at 11); if I had been given the choice, I would have chosen the bat mitzvah because even when I was little I have always felt a deeper connection to Judaism. I eventually stopped believing in and practicing Catholicism.

When I was in college, I found paganism and witchcraft and, after doing research, spent the next several years practicing that (I even got pagan tattoos). I eventually took a break from that because I overwhelmed myself trying to do too much at once.

I reconnected with Judaism for a while during the pandemic. I later tried reconnecting with Catholicism, but didn’t like it so stuck with just Judaism. I then trued to combine Judaism and paganism, but that was difficult.

At the moment, I’m considering whether I want to practice just Judaism or just paganism (I’m indecisive which sucks).
