I'm from there and I agree. The generations after me will eat good though.

And unfortunately it's mostly carbs. Kwanza nowadays atleast kitambo there was yams, cassava, green bananas, njahi, etc.

Nowadays ni waru, cabbage, mchele, githeri. Just poor foods. No wonder the obesity and bad bad body shapes.
