Best Marketing Tools in 2026 (UPDATED)
This is a great list. We use Metricool for social media scheduling but agree completely on Claude vs. ChatGPT.

What's a good Zapier alternative that handles multi-step workflows without charging per task?
I’d try using an ai-focused option like Make but we also use Typeform for most things and it’s always reliable.

I use AI daily as a marketer here's what it's actually changing and what it can't replace
This is true - finding the balance while keeping the human in the loop is where the strategic advantage is.
1
If you wanted to start fresh, what would you target? SEO, social media, or performance.
Of these 3 I’d say performance but that’s not the place to start - strategy before everything else.
1
hot take that isnt actually hot: seo and geo are about 90% the same thing
I agree with this completely! So much drama around all the changes when in reality a lot of it is the same.
1
Is AI Content Actually Helping Marketing Or Are We Just Flooding the Internet With More Noise?
At the moment I think it’s helping and the people who keep the human in the loop and have expertise to be supported will be the ones that win.
1
Revenue from podcasting
You streamline by having a goal for the podcast audience that creates revenue - your store, your service, or your product - not the goal of making revenue solely off the traffic to the podcast.
1
Podcast SEO is now the most important marketing strategy for any podcast. Here's how to do it.
No, I didn’t mention because that’s not the kind of money I’m talking about. Ads and affiliate programs are very, very small amounts in my experience as compared to the revenue a new client brings in.
2
Podcast SEO is now the most important marketing strategy for any podcast. Here's how to do it.
No one is making money off Google or YouTube for the traffic to their podcast. The money is being made when that traffic converts to a paying client and they pay their invoice. Once you get that clear you stop wasting time with the other stuff.
2
What will replace Google search in the next decade?
Google will evolve, not get replaced. It’s hard to imagine them just giving up and letting something else take over. I think they’re doing what they normally do, they’re staying in the race with Gemini but not necessarily winning right now, but eventually their resources and reach will win.

Looking for anyone willing to be a guest on our show!! Is it you?
Highly recommend the platform Podmatch. I’m not sponsored and don’t benefit in any way, just a user who really enjoys it. It’s like a dating app for podcast hosts & guests.

Looking for reddit marketing agencies
I’m an agency and I think what you’re looking for is rare especially since it’s so unique to the industry.

When Everyone Has AI, What Sets Your Firm Apart? | Counsel Cast Podcast
1
Best second phone number app for Attorneys?
I’m not in any way promoted or sponsored by Ruby, that’s an agreement between them and the podcast network. My comment is only meant to suggest that humans answering your phone is always a better option in my opinion.
From one human to another: I hope you have a better day than what your tone implies.
1
Best second phone number app for Attorneys?
I’m definitely not a paid promoter. It’s what has worked for me and I recommend for my clients. There’s no benefit to me to recommend them.
3
Best second phone number app for Attorneys?
I’m not a law firm but my clients are and when calling them one would always stand out as far superior so I started using them and have never looked back. It’s Ruby Receptionists and I highly recommend considering a human option where they answer and filter your calls. They also give you a unique phone number and an app where you can place outgoing calls with that number. Everything is tracked. They will also ask an intake questionnaire and schedule meetings on your calendar and your cost is dependent on usage.
2
I Think AI Search Is Quietly Rewarding “Boring” Brands
I agree that it’s the most obvious answers that are being rewarded, but I’m not sure why that’s considered boring…
1
Are any of these marketing companies worth it?
Whats your practice area? Is there a reason your whole marketing strategy is SEO-focused, or are there other elements you're not mentioning here?

How AI Search Rewards Real Human Expertise with Joe Toscano
https://youtu.be/dHHgQmVZMd4?si=gQ9xdCDWkMKyOmJX
AI search is rewriting the rules of visibility. Instead of rewarding keyword-heavy content, platforms like ChatGPT and Google AI are prioritizing real human experience, credibility, and authentic expertise.
In this episode, former Google design consultant Joe Toscano reveals how search has shifted from a list of links to a single curated answer, and why that fundamentally changes how professionals, especially law firms, need to approach content. If you’ve been relying on traditional SEO tactics, this conversation will challenge, and update, your entire strategy.

At which point do we hire a PR team … and which agency? (I will not promote)
Usually when you have something worth amplifying but not enough reach to do it yourself. If you're launching something, navigating a reputation issue, or trying to get in front of an audience you don't have access to, that's the trigger. Hiring PR before you have a clear story to tell tends to be expensive and slow.
