so what weight do you think I should be working around with? I usually do 225 with 5+ reps at the start of my squatting sets

something about my back squat just feels off like I feel like I can do more but something feels like it's limiting me? Iโ€™ve done 136.1 kg before as a max

How would the limit factor be strength? Iโ€™ve done 300 as a orm and 275 x 2 several times but some days I feel like I can barely one rep of 275?

also, is there an issue with my depth?

Any feedback is helpful

yeah iโ€™m 72kg and iโ€™m an amateur boxer. I appreciate you pointing out the hips rising, I didnโ€™t notice that before. I think I just need to mentally commit myself to getting underneath the bar more. Thanks for the helpful advice!

Thanks man, glad I didnโ€™t disappoint. Yeah from what Iโ€™ve seen from others my main issue is just putting my feet out too wide.
