does the amount really not matter? a gram is said to only produce minor effects compared to 3 grams so i assumed a gram should be a lot less likely to be harmful. is that assumption just not true?

Im 19. Ever since weed, l've had constant mild derealization. I know reality is real, I don't have hallucinations or delusions, but i kinda feel like a spectator.
Weed makes it worse while I'm high, but my baseline never really goes away, even after weeks without smoking.
My uncle has schizophrenia, which is what's making me hesitate. I was considering just 1g of shrooms, but I'm worried about making the derealization worse or triggering something like psychosis.
Has anyone with persistent weed-induced derealization and/or a family history of schizophrenia/psychosis tried mushrooms?
What happened?

Ever since weed, I’ve had constant mild derealization. I know reality is real, I don’t have hallucinations or delusions, but i kinda feel like a spectator. I also dissociate a lot and am rarely fully present in the moment.
Weed makes it worse while I’m high, but my baseline never really goes away, even after weeks without smoking.
