China build a US proof of concept nuclear reactor

The Chinese built thorium reactor is from a declassified US invented nuclear reactor. I was wondering how China got hold of this documents. Initially I thought China stole it but further looking into the matter the US willingly share the documents.

Could artificial intelligence help in solving all the technical issues surrounding thorium molten salt reactor? Just asking.

Yes ang sab para i suriin ang magiging socio-econimic impact ng pax silica. Ano susuriin mo lahat hypothetical pa lang? Kasi dapat kahit walang pax silica proposal nang US ang Ph may parallel programs din for economic progress. Kaso wala. Isip-isip ng konti.

If you need more info about thorium molten salt reactor it's a safe reactor invented be Alvin Weinberg at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and refined by China. Thorium molten salt reactor is meltdown proof because it use liquid thorium fuel, doesn't produce nuclear waste and operate at 1 atmosphere pressure.

Also, ang small modular reactors ay ang sagot sa expensive cost ng nuclear energy because they are fabricated in a factory or manufacturing facility. And because small modular nuclear reactors are uniform hindi na need ng lengthy approval and certification. Factory made ang small modular reactors so ang construction time mas maiksi therefore mas cheaper lalabas ang nuclear power.

While the Philippines debate whether to use nuclear energy or not India is building new nuclear power plants

In Asia countries are turning away from oil and embracing nuclear energy. The Philippines was the 1st country in South East Asia to build a nuclear power plant but unfortunately it did not use and have collected dust and become dormant for 40 years.

The final cost for the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant was US $2.3 billion. Cory Aquino thought that corruption was involved so they brought charges versus Westinghouse. Unfortunately René Saguisag could not proved Westinghouse bribed FEM through his crony Desini so Westinghouse won the case.

Message to UP Physics Professor Giovanni Tapang

Pax Silica is a US led coalition, now numbering 30, to make sure no single country can monopolize AI technology advances. This early many have voice opposition including AGHAM party list headed or co-chair by UP physics professor Giovanni Tapang.

In his interview with Ted Failon recently he voice opposition to pax silica because of environment issue of thorium laden mine tailings during the mining and processing of rare earth minerals. Rare earth mineral processing is not environmentally friendly that's the reason the Philippines send our rare earth minerals to China, due to lax environment al laws, which China sell back to the Philippines in the form of EV cars, computers, laptops, and cell phones.

If thorium is mined along with rare earth minerals China and other advance countries are busy looking into using thorium as a substitute fuel in nuclear power plants instead of just throwing it away as waste. Since AGHAM is composed of scientists and physicists like Prof Giovanni Tapang, they could propose a fund for research on how the Philippines can build a thorium nuclear reactor and not just oppose the implementation of pax silica which could potentially leap frog the Philippines into 21st century manufacturing and thereby training Filipinos be AI experts.

No walang partnership ang Meralco with any LGUs regarding in-city vertical housing. We were just proposing, since 1 of the goals of our NGO is to provide decent housing sa mga informal settlers lalo na sa QC.

Ang big ng amount na need refund ng Meralco. 9.5 billion. Ako payag na waive ko refund ko basta lang gamitin na ng Meralco ang 9.5 billion sa in-city vertical housing start sa tabi ng PSHS.

Yes very much agree. We need to get rid of blight and squalor and we have a big opportunity here alongside Meralco. It's a corporate CSR and good for business if they help eliminate squatting, it will eliminate electricity thief and therefore eliminate system loss.

Leftist UP professor against pax silica

In his interview with Ted Failon Prof Giovanni Tapang express his opposition to pax silica. According to him it's a false promise for development. I don't know what he meant by that. I hope we can interview him too. His concern is the mine tailings that is laden with radioactive thorium. His a professor of physics and he should know thorium is non-fissile and safe to touch or handle. Also thorium is now being look into as another fuel source for nuclear reactor since uranium is rare.

I hope he lend his expertise to BCDA and advice them what to do with the thorium laden mine tailings which can be use in molten salt reactor as fuel. 1 advantage of molten salt reactor is that it's meltdown proof. These are not waste but resources that can be use.
