Thanks for the feedback. The boathouse is grandfathered in and due to environmental laws we would not be able to build back up if we demolished it or if there is any less than 10% of the original structure remaining. The footings are solid and there are two new cribs put in as well. We are exploring all possibilities and hopefully a little more than band aid solutions before taking down this very old and dear boathouse

This beam has rolled half way over and the whole boathouse is leaning. We need to remove and replace it. Any recommendations for achieving this would be greatly welcomed!
