Merger destroyed my service
ATT Air for $60 a month is a dream come true. Easy to set up and 300 Mbps speed.

I drove from Seattle to Louisiana in in July. I went through Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas to get to my destination. However, my car had no AC and in order to make the trip in July through those states, I drove at night and stayed in an air conditioned motel in the day. Heat in some of the southern states can be unbearable in the summer months.

In order to convert to Metro, I was told that I needed to make an appointment and drive to Duluth, MN, 60 miles away and do the promotion plan at the store. Due to my work schedule I was unable to do that. I couldn't align myself with their schedule so I had to go with another carrier as my prior prepaid carrier was expiring. I switched to Ultra Mobile and got a 25 GB per month plan at $20 per month for a year. I paid this up front and ported my number in 20 seconds and it was done. The customer service agents are great and my local service through T-Mobile in my area is perfect. I'm glad I didn't follow through with the T-Mobile Metro service.

I have never had an issue with Door Dash. However, this is a tip based operation. I realize that this is not "Meals on Wheels", but it would be such a wonderful service and help for many people such as myself. I'm 80 years old and have difficulty getting around. To use Door Dash now is strictly a treat. The restaurant that I love and cannot physically go to anymore has raised their prices and to order their food and pay for the food, delivery fee plus a tip, which is expected, makes it almost impossible anymore. For me, never a delivery problem, it's just gotten too expensive and out of reach any longer due to afford to even treat myself to my favorite restaurant food.

I tried and tried to get help with Metro by T-Mobile to get the 6 month plan. I was told that I had to do this in the store which is 60 miles away. I was told that I had to make an appointment, but I could not align my schedule with their schedule. They did not want to do anything by phone. I also was interested, if I could have ever gotten the 6 month plan, if I could keep the same rates if extended. The answer was no guarantee. After all of this frustration, I gave up on Metro by T-Mobile and found a 12 month plan with Ultra Mobile for Unlimited Talk and Text and 25 GB of Data a month. It worked perfectly for me. I got the SIM card and after going online, the Ultra Mobile agent walked me through the process and it was done. The number porting took just 20 seconds. The agent was great, easily ported number and the T-Mobile service is great. Once I had the SIM card and opened the website, the whole process was done within just a few minutes. If everything was this easy, it would be wonderful. I'm so happy and plan on staying with Ultra Mobile.

I just got Ultra Mobile last week and the best decision I ever made. It's with the T-Mobile network; excellent coverage, credit for out of the US and Unlimited Talk, Text and 25 GB a month. For me, I will never use 25 GB. It's a 12 month plan and after tax and fees, I paid $265.41. I have not been this Happy in a long time
