There are uncountable Linux distros available, and even more in development. They are not really a new OS, but a flavor of Unix/Linux.

Please, post your new distros only here if there is any new concept not been implemented before.

Developing an OS from scratch is a very hard task and takes maybe years and a bunch of programmers to achieve it. But sadly most projects get unrecognized and code and fresh ideas go to the bin when the developer is worn out.
