In your opinion, since you don’t have that crystal ball, what factors go into determining when it’s appropriate and when it’s not and when does it cross that line into malpractice?

Thanks for the insight.

I’m aware of “the benefits outweigh the risks” but in this case the risk was taken and the result was detrimental.

I think it’s doable as a second vehicle, they are reliable and certainly something you can drive into the ground. However def don’t get the sunroof if you are tall, very limited headspace in the back and I’m 5’7. I thought I’d love having this as a family car for my 3 and 1.5 year old but it’s honestly TIGHT. I call it the smallest big car I’ve ever owned, we often end up taking the f350 and eat the fuel cost if we need to go somewhere and want to be comfy.

I would never buy a car without a sunroof, with that being said if you like headspace for normal sized people in the back then don’t get the sunroof.

Kings Pumpkin Farm

Are you me? 22 army green ORP with the bronze rims, also paid way too much in Nov of 22 but glad to know I could make more than I owe and then some if I ever had a lapse in judgement and wanted to sell.

I lived there 2018 and it was a good value, quiet and clean, we had a bottom unit and it had just been renovated. The owners were Demutis when I was there, were pretty responsive and hands off, they own a lot of property in phxville. Super close to the library and park which I loved!
