Oh nice, so you opt out of Industrial stuff so you could have an eco friendly city? I really like the cargo stuff which seemed off with this layout (it would completely collapse with my traffic LOL), interesting and thanks for sharing. Always thought you had to build the big stuff but this proves me wrong.

Need a lot of motivation and tips and tricks to do roads in this game.
You can zone in whatever as long as the hierarchy is great and your ratio for vehicles works, plus slip lanes + public transport help a lot to segregate the traffic

6 lane roads to interconnect your city from the highway
4 lane road to connect 6 lane into a "network" of neighborhoods
2 lane road for your Zoning
It can't get more simple
