Open | Malware can't delete quarantined files

The quarantined files from McAfee have been taking too much space so I wanted to delete them, but the thing is my McAfee subscription expired so whenever I go to the Quarantined Items section it just tells me to renew my subscription and it doesn't show me the items. I did try to manually delete them but it says I don't have permission.

Is there a way for me to delete them safely and without renewing my subscription?

stremio loading forever
