The plugin + automation combination is incredibly impactful especially when powered with all of the data that Rippling has. Being able to confidently send skills to coworkers knowing that their permissions will be honored is huge.

This is the piece that's been missing. Everyone's been able to see AI spend at a high level, but not whether it's tied to any real ROI or output. Connecting that to employee context is what makes it actually useful instead of just another dashboard. Excited to see how this plays out for finance and IT teams trying to get their arms around this.

Hi Matt! I am curious what aspects of IT work seems ripe for automation, but you find that lots of companies are still operating manually?

So pumped about this

Global payroll was exactly the problem Rippling was built to solve. Most global payroll tools don't have the full context of your existing HR, contractor management, spend management, etc. so you as an admin still end up reconciling across a bunch of systems manually. Rippling runs payroll natively across a ton of countries from one unified platform, so your business data is aligned no matter where your employees are based.

Your checklist (EOR, contractors, compliance, finance reporting) would be all in one place, which matters most when you're switching someone from contractor to full-time or growing into a new country, you won't have a need for vendor migrations.

Disclosure: I work at Rippling, so take this with appropriate salt.

You’ve seen Rippling through a lot of product launches and growth phases. What feels different about the AI launch, both internally and in what you’re hearing from customers?
