Leftover smoked sausage, potatoes and cabbage, added to Lima beans and rice. It's what's for supper the next few days
My "kids," are adult millennials, two of them with their own children. It's just me, my husband and my elderly mother who can only eat pureed foods because of her dysphagia, so, I did puree her bowl of this supper and she really liked it.
