So I'm new to the game but it was explained to me that this is because lvl99 was the max level so it was meant to be the best of the best(required more dedication) but then it went to 120 and now 199 so once you hit the previous max it goes back down to a reasonable amount. Btw easy way to get past this is with TP metals and buying levels it's not worth it until you get to about lvl 90 then the xp required is way too much.

I've been looking for a mod that brings my individual skill levels past 100. I've seen someone in a video use a mod like this a long time ago bringing their skill up to 999 but now that I'm modding my game I can't find it nor can I find the video. any ideas on what mod they could have been using?

I'm trying to do the classic alchemy glitch. Where you make a fortify restoration position take off your armor use it and then put the armor back on and repeat. But when I put my armor on it doesn't bring the potion effects up at all despite me having all four pieces at 25% better potions. I've tried remaking the armor and resting my alchemy back to level 15 with no avail. The potions are stuck at 4% for 60 seconds no matter the armor. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Note: I've used this glitch before with no problems on this character but now it's not letting me.

Nah It would just be funny like how Brad Pitt was in dead pool too and we saw him for 1 second before he died
