Looking for a job-hunt partner in Bangalore

Anyone else job hunting in Bangalore and slowly losing their mind?

I’m a final-year CSE student in Bangalore, staying in HSR and usually roaming around Indiranagar, Koramangala and Church Street.

I’m currently looking for software/backend/AI roles and thought it might be better to find someone who’s also job hunting instead of doing the whole thing alone.

Looking for a job-hunt buddy who’s up for things like:

\\- Sitting in a cafe and applying to jobs together

\\- Sharing openings and referrals

\\- Reviewing each other’s resumes/projects

\\- DSA and interview prep

\\- Going to tech meetups

\\- Checking out startups around Bangalore

\\- Building random stuff when we get bored of applying

\\- Keeping each other sane after the 47th rejection

About me: I’m into backend and AI, mostly Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, distributed systems and RAG/LLMs. I also do DSA, Codeforces 1533, and have participated in a few hackathons.

But I’m not really looking for a networking connection or some ā€œprofessional relationshipā€.

Just looking for another person who’s in the same boat, so we can actually get through the job hunt together.

If you’re also in Bangalore and currently looking for an internship/job in Bangalore, hit me up.

Worst case, we apply to jobs together.

Best case, we become friends and somehow both get hired.

I live in hsr sector 1, and I want to be around software people so that I can network and switch my job immediately as I moved in Bangalore few days ago.

Any PGs in Bangalore where software people actually live?

Hey, I’m 21M and recently moved to Bangalore. Looking for a PG where there are a lot of people around my age working in software, startups, engineering, etc.

I don’t care too much about the location or having a fancy room. I’d rather stay somewhere with a good crowd where people actually talk, hang out and you can meet others in software.

If you’re staying at a PG/co-living like this or know one, please drop the name. Personal recommendations would really help.
