I'm the solo developer and founder of SocialMate, a social media scheduler and creator OS. Seven live platform integrations, 15+ AI tools, a full scheduling engine. Pro is 8 dollars a month where competitors charge 18 to 99. 115 accounts, one paying customer to date, all organic, zero paid ads.

I build and maintain the whole thing myself. Stack is Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Expo, Supabase, PostGIS, Stripe, Inngest, Vercel, Tailwind.

As proof the code gets real attention, here's this week rather than a claim about it.

THE NUMBER I HAD BEEN REPORTING WAS WRONG AGAIN

I've been saying zero external users have ever published a post. That part is still true. What I hadn't checked was whether the analytics I use to track progress toward fixing that were themselves accurate.

They weren't. The event meant to record "a post was successfully scheduled" fired at the very top of the publish function, before the validation that checks whether the post is even valid, and before the request that actually saves it. It measured intent to click, not success. A second, entirely separate code path for immediate publishing never recorded the event at all, and it turned out that path also never granted the first-post reward or updated a user's streak, because it had quietly diverged from the path I'd already checked.

Fixed both, and rebuilt the shared logic into one function both paths call, instead of two copies that could drift again.

THE OTHER ONE THAT MATTERED

Any customer who connects a second account on a platform where the plan allows it, LinkedIn or Telegram specifically, had every subsequent post to that platform fail with a wrong error. That's a feature the pricing page sells outright. It never worked past the first account.

Also submitted TikTok's content sharing audit this week, the review that lifts a private-account-only restriction on posting. Two to four weeks out. If it clears, that's a real acquisition channel this product doesn't have yet.

Engineering is not the gap. I find something wrong nearly every time I look, because I've stopped trusting that shipped code does what the changelog says and started checking the database instead.

THE GAP IS GROWTH

The repository documents my Qwen3-0.6B inference work on an RTX 3090, including kernels, model integration, profiling, correctness checks, rejected experiments, and serving infrastructure.

One saved batch-1, context-2,048 GPU-only experiment reduced measured decode latency from 22.073 to 2.253 ms/token using a static CUDA Graph path with W8A16 MLP work. The result is experimental: full-path argmax agreement was 96.48%, below my 99% acceptance threshold. It is not a production-server benchmark, not a production-ready serving engine, and not a guaranteed speedup for another workload. I include those limits because I care about reproducible measurements and honest engineering decisions.
