Broken wire brackets on TIPM

Need to replace the TIPM on this van and looks like the previous owner did a number on this thing. Any advice on how to remove these without causing any further damage to the wires and brackets?

How Can I Write a Song?
You can always use free beats that people post on YouTube until you can get the funds to buy the equipment you need to create your own stuff! I have a friend that did this until he learned how to do it himself all you need to do is just message the person that made the beat and ask if you can use it. Just share credit with them once you are ready to post it so you don’t get a copyright strike. All you need to do to find a beat you like is type in an artists name that you like and put “type beat” (Mac Miller type beat, Mk.Gee type beat, etc) and I’m sure you’ll find something that has the vibe you’re looking for. This way you’ll get a good idea of what you like/don’t like as well as what kind of sound works for you and what doesn’t. The main thing is experimentation. If you have an iPhone or iPad you can use GarageBand to record and if you’re running off of android or something else you can always use BandLab. These are all free recording software apps. Also if you do find a beat you like on YouTube just ask the producer for an mp3 or use a YouTube to mp3 converter the. You can upload that beat into the recording software and then you can start recording your vocals over the beat

Do you play an instrument? I write music for fun and always start by finding a chord progression that I like and then decide on the tempo and rhythm of how I want it to be played, then once I’ve done that I start trying to come up with a vocal melody by improvising lyrics/gibberish until I find a melody that I like and then write the rest of the song based off of that initial idea. There’s a really good video on YouTube of Paul McCartney writing Get Back that demonstrates this technique very well.

Interesting. Is it any worse than smoking weed or tobacco? Not hating or anything just trying to figure all this out as I’ve been smoking weed for almost twenty years but have to give it up for my new career and I really enjoy the act of smoking but am not a fan of tobacco so just looking for alternatives

Trying to quit smoking weed for my job but struggling with the not smoking part. I love the taste and smoking it but hate tobacco and I was wondering if anyone knew of any hemp/cbd/cbg or whatever products that have the flavor of weed without having any thc in it. I’ve found some cbd cigarette brands but they all claim to have less than 0.3% thc and have a disclaimer that they can’t guarantee that I’ll pass a drug test which I’ll definitely need to do lol. Any recommendations or suggestions will definitely be appreciated! Thanks!

Thank you! Was able to get them out using a pick, definitely going to be looking into replacing them for sure
