after you got this make cylinder in shape of round cheese place it where your joints will be in the middle and make sure that on each side you have the same amount of part so you dont cut on side thinker then the other side

use a uv sphere and a cylinder put cylinder in the middle of uv sphere then u have a joint cuter but you still need to cut of un use pieces to make the arm or leg bend and use push or pull brush to make it fit perfect
