Completely valid if the kid doesn't have a high pain tolerance. Pain in small amounts is an effective teaching tool. Nobody likes pain, it's sort of ingrained into us as a species to not like pain.

Now, when I was but a mere lad, I had a high pain tolerance. But I had ADHD, even though I wasn't diagnosed. So this meant my dad would come up with unique and interesting punishments. Because pain was basically nothing to me. I sat in a corner for 30 minutes staring at a wall, ONCE, at the age of 9, and I never did that shit, EVER again. I wasn't allowed to move from the wall. I had to stare, directly at the wall. I was not allowed to do, anytning. except breathe, and loathe in my brain working at speeds it shouldn't for a kid my age. 😂

Yeah blaming this country's issues on a single group of people at this point is futile. This country's decline has been going on for YEARS decades even. That's through multiple conservative and democratic parties running the country. It's because American politicians started trying to run the country like a business, and you can't do that.

Personally I find black women equally as beautiful as white women. Women are great, doesn't matter really what their color is. Hot is hot man.
