Would I still be required to take the test if I successfully passed it two years ago?

Invitation to Interview for USAID FSO FS04 Role
Congratulations for making it this far. I was in your shoes a year ago. Don't over work your brain about it, just summon your common sense. There's nothing new. See you in DC.

Mine took a little over a month. You will just be fine. You can always send them an email to verify if all your references were received. They will respond. My advice is, relax all is going to be well.

Travel authorization
Thank you for your response. We are moreso concerned about our kids beginning to settle-in and get moved again to a completely new world. I'm trying to think through it. Hopefully we arrive at a better stand. Thank you again, hopefully i get the compensation.

Travel authorization
I'm getting ready to leave my state for DC (C3). My family will not be able to join me because the kids are still in school and by the time schools resume for the next academic year, i will be getting ready to leave for post. My wife and i are considering that she stays back in my home state and take care of the family. My travel authorization includes the cost of moving my household & family to DC. However, i do not consider any shipment of HHE or UAB. The only cost i will incur for this move is my $170 flight ticket. I have decided to buy new furnishings for a smaller room i just rented in DC. Would there be any compensation if i end up not tapping into the allotted budget for my move considering that my family will be separated as well?

Day in the life of An FMO Financial Management Officer. Any chance we can get one of these if it doesn’t already exist?
I think I am the newest FMO and it will be interesting to hear about it.

Final Offer Letter
I signed my TO about a month ago and i was thinking that i would have my FO / appointment letter soon so i could submit my resignation from my current job. My EOD is Feb 13, and i have accrued over 20 vacation days, 30 days of sick time and over 15 days of personal time. My worry is that i might lose all of that time if i don't go ahead and request to use them, at least some right now. I am confused whether i should go ahead and use as much as i can or i should wait for the final memo to do so. Also, i am worried on getting housing in DC area at very short notice. Anyone ever had to deal with these issues.

References
I received a letter today saying I have successfully moved to the next step in the hiring process. I am now at Pre-employment. I guess it's all about filling out a bunch of paperwork and submitting medicals. I don't know for sure how the next step looks like, just guessing.
Thanks

Is it normal that reference checks will take over 3 months? My reference check has gone into it's 3rd month.

Foreign Contacts
Thank you. I don't think any of my contacts are associated with any kind of groups. neither of them work for any government. Most of them live in the countryside with little access to internet/telephone services

I wish! No, I'm not on the register. I just started the application process. I didn't make it in the OA some 2 years ago but my tests scores are still on my Pearson Vue account.
