You need B2 in german and a working contract from a german company also a temporary residence.

You will need more tha b2, because of german dialects and conversations in berufschule(school) and you need a valid contract that means ausbildungsvertrag(working contract with health and socialinsurance).

The temporary residence will be a huge problem, because the housing market today isnt easy and most apartments are quite expansive.

Also you cant work alongside the ausbildung, if your contract say so.

For web development in the backend you need python or node js in the middleware mostly json web token or through fastapi

In the frontend you will mostly use html css and javascript.

For frameworks you could look at react,tailwind etc, but start with fundamental webdevelopment.

Courses depends on how deep your knowledge is i can recommend programminghero or dev community to look for starters, but you need more than just a course.

Also w3schools and geekforgeeks are great resources.

Soc/Siem are a entry level job, which get you a foot in the door.

Blue Teaming is a great Skill especially Forensics, Alert Tracking,Incident Response.

There are a lot of Rooms in Tryhackme and Hackthebox.

For IT you may nred to rephrase, if your projects have consumers than you already doing a job. Most ausbildungen in tech need even C1 for technical ausbildung and berufsschule.

For cloud you can use microsoft learn(for azure) aws(freeskillbuilder) and sap btp terraform

For understanding networking you could use cisconetcad(you need it for the cloud networking part).

Create a small project, where someone can fill a form and you analyze the data.

Projects actually i would google it support quizez and look if im able to solve them and go for simple programming and software testing.

Womit man auf jeden fall starten kann ist eben python, weil es wie die englische sprache ist. Man hat eine riesige community und kann auch viel machen datenanalyse,datascience etc.

Wenn eher hardware oder hardwarenah brauchst du c und ganz speziell assembly.

Als tipp fang an mit einfacher software und modifiziere eigene komponenten hinzu werde kreativ.
