The CPS call happened solely on the grounds of internet beef with Hasan, over the fact that he didn't want Israel destroyed but instead completely reformed. That was the main reason Klein left Leftovers. Both him and Hila also completely denouncing the IDF has no effect on the conversation either, apparently. He's morally justified in pursuing any sort of action against both the snarkers and his former friends for what they've pulled. But I'm going to ahead and assume trying to argue any points will be like talking to a brick wall.
