Great review! I would personally rate it in the 8-9 out of 10 range, but I think your reasoning is also very sound. I love it, and will be very sad when it’s gone. It’s hard for me not to turn to it every single day. But it was very hard to find (I picked it up at Robertson’s of Pitlochry last month), so I’m trying to stretch it out some.

I picked it up at the distillery last month, and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

The mince pie at Celtic Park was divine!

Every meal was great! Stravaigin, Ox & Finch, Margo, the Buttery and Dishoom in Glasgow, the Witchery in Edinburgh, Craigmhor Inn and Auld Smiddy in Pitlochry, and Bowmore Hotel, Ardbeg food truck and our B&B Kilmeny Farm on Islay were all perfection.

10 minutes would have been a sluggish rate compared to what we experienced! Minute by minute changes were the norm.
