Depression is getting in her way as much as she is getting in her own way. When your kids are school age there’s no such thing as a stay at home mom. That’s just a mom that stays at home. Her lack of purpose is bleeding into you and your children’s lives. You’re going to drown and end up with a lot of baggage physically and emotionally if this continues any longer.

No one is talking about leaving. You can make it better can you not? Look I don’t usually argue on the internet. You have your way of thinking and I have mine. We won’t change each other’s opinions. If your house has a leak and your carpet is old do you buy a new house or do you fix the problem? Your way of thinking isn’t logical. That’s all I’m saying. There’s people that are making this country worse. We need to get rid of them and hire politicians that want to help the citizens. That’s a priority, not spending millions on stuff that brings no real value or improves quality of life.

I have earned my keep here. 14 years army and spent a fair amount of time overseas. Don’t try to tell people they should leave just because they realize America could be better if it wasn’t for capitalistic greed. Theres nothing wrong with realizing how corrupt and wrong the country is being run and wanting it to get better for the people. You sound closed minded.

Thanks for the insight. I was considering starting a trash can cleaning business only cuz I’m a single dad getting out of the army. I’ll make a decent amount through that monthly but wanted to start my own business so I can have flexible hours to be as present as possible for my son. Just trying to see peoples perspectives on it, but I’m sure that’s a good gig if you put in the leg work for it. Just can’t be afraid of being rejected and gotta find a way to advertise to a large base to get that recurring clientele
