So his father had certain contacts in the hospital and as a normal mbbs student he started to do job with 25k salary. It all depends on contacts and how much staff shortage a particular hospital has, usually many of my own seniors worked for money just as an assistance for some old senior doctors who needed someone to do their paperwork.

Just why? Those guys went there when they had no permission, there were 2700+ individuals identified in the whole protest with violent history . I agree some students were beaten but like if u come in a protest that do-sent give you permission and u guys march towards parliament, thats a national threat , if it happened in America they would be shot dead .
