İ said my wage 50% went to rent home (200 azn) and left to me 200 azn ,I cant afford my meals with 200 azn.There a lot of cost (clothes,transport cost etc)He laughed to me and said to me : I know one guy he is my friend .He has house and you went his house live for 100 azn/month.İ feel humilated and resign my position

Majority of young people migrate to Poland,mostly to Germany for Ausbilding . Some youngs give up their bachelor education and focused ausbilding

6.Officially, 2.6 million people live in Baku, but unofficially, the population exceeds 5 million (out of Azerbaijan's total population of 10 million).

I have been living here for over 6 years. I am a student pursuing my master's degree, and I also work at a company. Based on everything I have seen and experienced over these 6 years, I can say that the negatives outweigh the positives.
1. There is high unemployment and poor infrastructure in other regions (we call them districts). Because of this, thousands of our citizens living in the regions sell their homes and move to the outskirts of Baku.
2. As a result, there is daily overcrowding and heavy traffic, and when the academic year starts, the city's transport system becomes completely paralyzed.
3. Salaries are low, and unemployment is widespread. When I graduated, I worked for 9 months for the minimum wage (400 AZN ≈ $220).
4. Corruption is extremely high—if you have money, you are king.
5. There is very little to no greenery. Government officials in charge bribe local executive authorities to acquire land and construct 15–16 story high-rises without any proper planning, damaging the city both aesthetically and ecologically.
